Sweet Corn Veg soup

Ingredients for sweet corn veg soup: 

                                                      
   1 cup each of finely chopped carrots, mushrooms, sweet corn and french beans.



Wash and chop all veggies, 2-3 tsp of butter, 5-6 chopped garlic, salt and pepper powder as per requirements.




Step 2 : In a pressure cooker or pan allow it to boil and put in simmer for 5-10 minutes until the veggies are cooked.

Step 3: Once cool separate  the veggies and the vegetables stock.




Step 4 : In a pan heat the butter.




Step 5 : Saute garlic pods for few seconds to release its aroma.




Step 6 : Put in all the cooked veggies and saute for a minute .




Step 7 : Corn flour, Make a paste of corn flour by adding 1/2 part of water to 1 part of flour. keep stirring to avoid lumps.




Step 8 : Pour desired amount of veggies stock into a pan. you can choose to have a thick/thin soup here




Step 9 :Pour the corn flour paste into the pan




Step 10 :Keep stirring and put the stove in simmer and cook for a minute or two.




Step 11 : Finally add salt and pepper as desired off the stove and garnish if required with coriander/ celery.




Hot sweet corn with vegetables soup ready to savour on a chilly winter evening.
