Rigde Gourd curry with coconut milk

Ingredients for Ridge Gourd curry with coconut milk:

                             

Ridge gourd, Everest kitchen king masala powder, coconut milk, turmeric powder, onions, oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, garlic pods and red chilies.




Step 1: Into a wok add cooking oil, once hot add mustard seeds to crackle followed curry leaves, garlic pods and red chilies. 




Step 2: Add chopped onions And saute for a minute then add turmeric and fry for a minute.





Step 3: Add chopped ridge gourd and fry for 5 min.




Step 4: Add 1/2 cup of water.




Step 5: cover the wok and cook for about 6 minutes for the ridge gourd to cook well.




Step 6:open the lid of the pan and salt required.




Step 7 : Its time to add masala powder kitchen king masala powder.




Step 8: After sauteing the curry with masala powder its time to add thick coconut milk. 




Step 9: Let it just boil and off the stove else the coconut milk will start to curdle. 




Simple but robust flavors of garlic, coconut milk and masala makes the curry sensational. Tastes well with chapattis, poori and any Indian breads.
