Drumstick aloo peas curry

Drumstick aloo peas curry

                     

Step 1 : Ingredients Drumstick, potatoes, peas boil all this till its cooked don't over cook the vegetable.



Step 2:  Puree the tomatoes



Step 3:Hand pounded ginger about half an inch and cloves of garlic

Step 4: Two chopped onions 



Step 5: Masala powder Daniya, methi powder 1 tsp each, Masala powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp chilli powder, handfull of curry leaves and corinder.



Step 6: Heat 3tsp of oil in a pan, add mustrd seeds, 2-3 red chillies,and curry leaves.



Step 7: Add chopped onions and saute till transparent.


Step 8: Add all the masala powder one by one and saute for 2 mins with salt as much as desired.

Step 9: Time to add purred tomatoes, add water if the gravy is thick.

Step 10: Add all cooked veggies once the tomato gravy starts boiling and leave it for about 3 mins.

Step 11: Garnish the gravy with coriander and ready to serve with rice, chapati, poori or other Indian bread.

Vegetable Kadai a best veg recipe to taste


Ingredients required for vegetable kadai:




CarrotMushroom, Baby corn, Peas, Beans




Ingredients for Masala Paste

Green chilies, Onions, Garlic, Jeera, Poppy seeds, cinnamon sticks, Ginger.  




Boil tomatoes and Puree the Tomatoes.  






Dry roast all the masala ingredients and grind it as a fine paste.




Fine paste masala 



                                                 
Heat oil in a pan add roughly chopped onions and red chilies.

Add the masala paste and saute for about 2 mins.



Add the tomato puree




 1 tsp of turmeric powder and 1 tsp of chili powder 




1 tsp of Garam Masala 



Add cooked vegetables and saute for 2mins



Add desired amount of water required used for cooking vegetables. Adjust accurate thickness required. 



After it comes to boiling point add 2-3 tsp fresh thick cream.



Final step garnish with coriander leaves and ready to serve veg kadai tastes best with Roti,Puri,Chapatis.

Ingredients for mossapu: Tomatoes, garlic's, onions,Green chilies, a cup of Red gram. 

                                             

5 ingredients of greenleafs:

Palak,Amarnath,Chakothale,Sabsige,Arave 




Combine both the ingredient and cook for a while. leave the cooked greens for a while and strain the water tn a seive.




Grind the whole ingredients for just one round in mixer.












Then add little bit of water which was used for cooking in cooker which was seived, up to desired consistency but not too watery.Add salt as per  preference when boiling.



 

Here comes the Indian magic masala Ingredients:

Oil, mustard, turmeric powder, Zeera power, chilli powder( if required ), Asofetida, red chilies and curry leaves.



Here is  the yummy!!!!!!! Mossapu, goes well with Ragi ball and Rice.
